Make this recipe in a simple, quick and easy method at your home and share your experience with us in the comments below. <br />Enjoy this delicious Malai Kofta and watch Ek Nirnay movie on Friday 18 of January 2019 at a theatre near you!<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />Potato, boiled&mashed<br />Coriander leaves<br />Salt<br />Cheese, grated<br />Paneer, grated<br />Corn flour<br />Oil for frying<br />Oil<br />Butter<br />Ginger-garlic, paste<br />Magaj(Melon seeds) & Cashew, paste<br />1 cup Tomato puree<br />Garam Masala<br />Turmeric powder<br />Water<br /><br />Method of preparation:<br />In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, coriander, salt, mix well and make kofta's.<br />In a plate, grate cheese, paneer, sprinkle coriander on it and fill this mixture into the kofta's.<br />Dip the kofta in corn flour.<br />Heat oil in a vessel, fry the kofta's in it.<br />Take it out on a serving bowl.<br /><br />In a vessel, add oil, butter, ginger-garlic paste, magaj & cashew paste and saute it.<br />Add tomato puree, garam masala, turmeric powder, saute them and then add water.<br />Close the lid and give it a boil.<br />Switch off the gas, transfer the gravy into the bowl containing kofta and grate some cheese on it.<br />
